Not religous, but it is one of the nicest climbs in Ireland to one of the best viewpoints in Ireland. (Weather permitting)
1st time down before heart attack: 18 mins to the main road.
2 years later 20 mins to road.
Last time after heart attack 40 mins. I am getting slow.
I reckon though, a good fell runner could do it in 12 mins.
Running down the scree at the top on the extreme right is great fun.
To run the rest you have to run on the slopes at the sides of the paths to preserve your joints from the pounding.
