So I've just picked up my new R1250GSA after selling my R1200GSA in November. Went to Harley for a while, learnt my lesson, so back again.
I kept all the farkles from the last bike, with the intention of selling on at some point - but now with new bike, they've all been transferred over - Touratech screen deflector, Wunderlich low pegs, luggage boxes (including Givi rack for large top box), bar risers, etc etc.
I know the bike is essentially an upgraded engine from the the old model, so big changes to the chassis, but even so I'm chuffed BMW didn't pull our pants down by making unnecessary changes to the bike, that would render the previous add-ons obsolete!
The bike is amazing too, only done 200 miles on it so far, but right away the seat is more plush than the older model, and the torque increase is absolutely noticeable. Loving the new bike!
