Looking for info on refurbished R1200 GSA gearboxes bike is a 2007, who does them or where is the best place to go?. Also where can I get quality second hand parts for same bike i.e swing arm, rear wheel, some plastics.

I've always found Motorworks to be very helpful and I would volunteer @Steptoe for knowing where else to try, if he can't help you directly.
