geoff, you done a new wc yet?

well i couldn't possibly comment on that :JB lol

I pick a new bike up in June, and would be soooooo tempted!!

I won't though, 'cos of the warranty. If it wasn't for that, I'd do it in a heart beat. Not for more power, but for fuelling that turns your blunt knife cutting pepperoni into a razor sharp knife cutting a fresh Iceberg lettuce .. :thumb2

Better hope Geoff is still on the case in 2y2months time :D

Ok guys, I'm booked in for Saturday 11th May at 12.30.

Currently there are slots available for a UKGSer group at 9.30, 10.30 and 11.30 for those interested in a group buy which is a minimum of 4 bikes. I will go ahead with it anyway but it is cheaper for a group of 4 or more. Prices are normally £360 for an individual bike, £350 for a UKGSer member or £330 each for a UKGSer group of 4 or more.

So, another 3 bikes will save a bit on the cost. You will need to book direct with Geoff on 01455 848522 to get this booked in with him - don't forget to tell him you're from UKGSer and is part of Mr Scott's group (that'be me).

I am going to try and jump on this one then, will phone Geoff later today if I get chance. I need to be in early though as I'm only home at weekends and have shed loads of stuff to do.

I spoke with geoff earlier today I am going to have to do mine individually as it suits me better during the week.

Running well is it? I wonder what did with that ECU... ;)

I have only had a couple of short rides, and i have not been riding for six months, so i may be fooling myself. But it definitely feels quicker and smoother, well worth the money i think.

Meanwhile, if you cannot get the full monty, go buy an Accelerator Module. Www.sol2.be.

Thanks to Geoff for explaining.

Have emailed and rung Geoff and left a message as I'd really like to get in on this for the 11:30 slot on that date. Look forward to seeing you. :beerjug:

I've posted the info on this thread before, but try your local motor factors for plugs, I got them locally for a very good price

Thanks for that ebbo. I'll give that a try.

In the mean time I've been educating myself on the subject and found this site very useful:
http://www.motorcycleinfo.co.uk/index.cfm?fa=contentGeneric.obxaszqugbllbuna&pageId=332679

Geoff gave me a ring this morning and confirmed my slot for 11:30 on the 11th.

He also said that changing the plugs immediately wasn't absolutely necessary and that the bike could wait until it's next service! So now I'm in two minds whether to change them on the day or not!

What does the team think???
