Remote Antenna Help

I have just bought a car with a heat-reflective windscreen and discovered to my horror that my SPIII won't work. I have looked at some Garmin antennae but I'm not sure what I need. Any help much appreciated.

P.S. Anyone know of a Midlands stockist of whatever the correct part is? I'm now lost (literally!) without the thing and really need to get it working before Wednesday when I have a business appointment in a remote area of Luton!!
