Removable Panels or Tank?

The Triple Black LC hasn't been released yet, so I'm assuming the owner had the whole bike painted. I'm waiting for the TB to be announced any day, and am hoping it comes with a painted tank from the factory, if not, it'll be coming off and painted before I take delivery.

Assumed it was a triple black gsa , it had black paint, smoked screens, all the pannier rails ,engine bars and screen supports were black as was the front paralever arm.
Head covers were black and it had satin black headers and a black Akra system, black Kahedo seats etc and the black main aluminium tank.
It looked better than the two standard triple black GS WC models with it
