Removal of BMW risers

Hi there, Im about to take delivery of a 900GS. i
It’s the Enduro Pro version with the handlebar risers as standard. I can’t tell from photographs and can find nothing online. I’d like to know if anyone is aware whether or not these risers can be removed. Off road riders about 6ft tall, have reported they’re too high to lean forward while standing on the pegs. Any pointers much appreciated

Sorry I missed this .. if you have not done this .. go right ahead .. I removed mine as they are too high unless you are 9 feet tall or built like an Orangutan which causes other issues anyway.

There are no clearance issues but I would recommend marking up the bars before, as there is no 'centering mark'.

.. ORS remove them from all their bikes as well.
