removing restriction 650gs single??

Can anyone tell me how to unrestrict my wifes 650 gs single 06? we have a little metal thingy to put on ? any thoughts?

take off the left panel and airbox, you will see the bracket on the throtle body, just remove ti and put the new one you have in
