As usual apologies to the biking gods that think I should already know this or learn German to correctly construct a Google search on a German server to find the manufacturers answer etc etc

How easy is it to remove the eye brow thing above the oil cooler?

How easy is it to replace the oil cooler?

My oil cooler looks like a lizards buffet and is mostly encrusted with flies from a recent trip with a lot of woodland. Do you simply vac them out and is there magic tip, etc.

Thansk in advance

Vacuum is great idea for bug clearance

The eyebrow is fastened to the front beak plastic panel. Its there to guide the airflow through the cooler.

Fit a mesh cover to protect the cooler. I used woven stainless wire mesh (1mm wire at 5mm pitch). Mine is screwed to the beak with black top fairing screen screws. But it could be clipped to the cooler with zip ties.

The oil cooler is easy to replace. Remove beak, unclip oil pipes, remove cooler from beak frame, etc etc. But with a half decent mesh protector you'll probably never need to remove it.
