Remus Header with Akarpovic Slip-on

I have read that you can put the Akarpovic slip-on, on a Remus header. (This is on a 1200GS.)

Have I got this right? And how does this combination run/perform?

Yes this set up works well,remus headers and akra can i ran it a while and liked it, plus if you want to go touring you can just slip the STD can back on to the remus headers.
