On a 09 GSA, after 600 mile service. any thoughts on this combi, good bad, indifferent? the standard set up feels a bit stifling for me.

Too many threads about this combo,you will hear many options but my opinion is that the remus header akra can combo is very very good!!Considering that the full akra system (2-1-2) costs about 1,500euro and the Remus/akra combo 1,000 its also cheaper and i believe it does the same work(cutts the cat,reduces weight,etc)I hane already ordered and akra carbon can and im looking for the remus headers here in greece,if i dont find them here i will order from the internet..

There are loads of threads on this so use the search facility.
Basically, replacing the headers improves torque and throttle response. They probably give around 5bhp extra and free up the engine to rev more freely. Don`t expect it to be an R1 though but there is a big improvement.
The end can is there to make a noise which they all do to varying degrees so take your pick.

That's the combo I have, and had it fitted to my '09 prior to collection. Its sweet... Too loud with the baffles out, btw.

But I love the baffle out !! in town anyway no excuse for I didnt see/hear you mate!! Get on yer teets on a long run tho

No pic i'm afraid, but they look remarkably like the standard headers (non chrome ones), but there is no balancer pipe at the front. Get them from NippyNormans - Click for Pic here in the UK. I think you'll struggle to get cheaper than this.

Yep already checked,though i dont know if they ship in Greece...
