Remus Stainless steel exhaust. Will it fit ?

Hello,
I am thinking of buying a used s/s Remus exhaust off a standard 2004 GS to fit it to my 2003 F650 Dakar . Does anyone know if there are counter-indications or will it fit OK?

Yes. 1mm difference. Although saying that I've got 03 Remus pipes on an 05 Dakar. It can be done but you'll need to do a bit of cutting and sleeving. Do a search over at F650.co.uk as there are a couple of threads over there on the subject.

Thanks to all for the info. Bought the Remus, changed the intermediate pipe, and the bike sounds and runs great.
