The Benelux countries never had their own regional section at all. This was probably because the site had no active regional member(s) from the three countries, so there was little to nothing ‘local’ going on. The three countries were then (as a stopgap) tacked onto France.
It is recognised that the Benelux countries are definitely not France; a new sub-section will be created in a bit.
