This van has been owned from new by my IT business and used by one of our lads for commuting and customer visits.
We've just upgraded him to an electric car and so the van is for sale.

SL27 Sport Nav DCI Crew (Mk3)
Purchased November 2018
1.6Ltr Diesel, 120 Bhp, 300nm torque
Combined Average MPG 43.5, Euro 4
6 speed manual
Nav with Bluetooth and DAB radio
6 seats, twin sliding side doors with windows
73,475 miles
Full service history (using local independent)
All tyres and wheels in good condition
MOT runs until 21 November 2025

As you will see from the photos (see post below) that the van is in very good condition.

It is used however, so please note the following bad points:
- a small amount of surface rust appearing on the bottom of the rear doors
- paint flaked off the right side lower door runner
- small stone chips on widescreen (not in drivers line of vision)
- gear leaver gaiter/cover is loose (needs to be replaced)

The van has been looked after, drives really nicely, and is ready to go.

Price: £8500 + VAT (£10,200 inc. VAT)

Located in Wrexham, LL13.

Happy to provide further details.

Lovely van and would be very interested but buying for private use its the VAT element that screws it for me, giving the government £1800 for a van that will be used as a car sticks in my throat !! I know theres VAT on vans ive paid and lost it many times !!

very nice van though

Yes I understand that, its just when its listed separately you realise just how much you are giving away !! ive noticed on ebay they are listing vans with total prices now !!

I can only speak for Ireland republic of. If an item is been sold business to business a x vat price can be quoted. If it’s a retail business selling to private individuals an including vat price must be quoted. Interestingly if a commercial vehicle is bought by someone who isn’t vat registered it then becomes impossible for a later business buyer to reclaim any vat. They get you. That’s the tax man. JJH

Thanks for the comments guys.

We claimed the VAT back when we bought the van, so we have to add VAT to the official invoice amount when we sell it.

I hope that helps.

I’m just curious as always wondered can you not say the vans broken and on paper sell for £1000 and the rest is paid cash without the vat ?

Tax man not a fool. Some criminal types use scam like that to launder ill gotten gains. Don’t do anything to bring the combined forces of the state on you. What you’re suggesting is a little bit more serious than putting an hour or too cash payment into your back pocket. JJH

I know this van, and can vouch for the condition and the way it’s been used. Whip the seats out and bulkhead and perfect bike mover for someone..🤔
