I have lost the only keys for my standard hard BMW panniers off my R100gs. Anyone have any ideas of how I can get a new set? Motorworks couldn't help me.

Search duncansbeemers on e-bay. He has several up for sale now but of course you'll need to know the key number. He's also worth asking if he doesn't have the one you need listed. He found one for me recently.
Duncan's in the USA but because it'll be a low cost item there'll be nothing more to pay when it reaches these shores. He also found a cheaper postage option for me. All you need to do is ask!

If Duncan cant help you, it might be worth taking one of the lock barrels out of the pannier, getting a blank key (about £6 inc shipping from the USA on ebay, http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/161490248069?_trksid=p2055119), and getting a local locksmith to cut for you from the barrel. I have not had any airhead keys done in this way but several garage keys, and I cant imagine the process is much different.
