I've the free upgrade from 2010 to 2014 on the 660 I just bought and I'm not sure if I have seen something on the site that allowed replacement map update on the unit rather then SD card by deleting old info first.
Any ideas please.

You won't get the full European maps on the internal memory - for that you will need the SD card. If you want just UK loaded you'll be fine. I use Garmin Express to upgrade my maps and using that you get the option to upload to device or computer or both. I know with mine if I try and load too big a map to the device then it gives me the option to go to SD card but will default to the internal memory if there's enough space.

Do the euro as standard have a bigger internal memory?
I bought a euro 660 that doesn't come with a sd card.

You have to buy an SD card separately and insert it yourself.

All 660 type devices have the same internal memory capacity.
