I wish I had found these threads before I started. Got several 12 hours days to do before Bulldog. Finding time to sort this is hard. Hey ho. My other half keeps asking if it matters and what about if we go slowly and avoid pot holes!
 
Well I went ahead and rode it anyway. Tough old machines these. I am now looking at sorting it out. I did find the gear change lever fell off on the journey. Hard to access the bolt to put it back in. Even harder when you find that the lazy sod who owned my bike before just araldited it back in. All done up tight now. Just got to get a decent cobalt drill bit and sort them there spokes.
