Mine had shown 30 miles to empty so I chose a fuel stop about 20 miles away. Then it went into panic mode after 10 miles with even the odd (imaginary probably) hiccup to add some stress.
It took nearly 34 litres to fill so I was convinced of a lucky escape. Also convinced the actual fuel available is largely measured by voodoo.
Good job I never bought that 2 litre spare fuel can.
