I finally managed to get hold of a heated grip switchgear which I fitted yesterday (the grips I fitted a while back). I'm now stumped as to where the white connector block fits. Anyone cast any light on the situation and clear things up for me?

Cheers

on the 1100 they plug into a block on top of and just behind the steering stem - just under the tank rim.

I'm sure when i had my switch gear apart ( oooo! misses ) that they where inside. Take care with the little screws they are black and get lost on the garage floor. well they each had a couple of plugs inside them, worth a look see.

Definitely in the maze of wiring just under the leading edge of the tank. Only one possible connection there though (brown and black wires as well IIRC), so you can't go far wrong.

I've had a look under the tank in the wiring loom and there are only 4 holes left without wires in them. There is an orange connector block on the right as you face the front of the bike and there are 2 holes (one above the other) on the far right of it and one by itself on the left of that same block. The other available space is 1 hole in a black connector block on the far left of the wiring loom.

Could these be the places to fit them into?
Does it matter that the wiring will be split into different blocks?
If these are the spaces, what is the little white 4-holed connector block that you get with the kit for?
