Rev counter for DRZ400

Is there any cheap/easy way I can fit a rev counter to me Drz? I just like to know what my engine is up to down there....

Probably more cost and effort than it's worth, but you could use the Stack shift light

A friend just fitted that very shift light in his car and its turning out to be very unreliable, he's using in as a torque (change up) light.

I ran a Revco Tacho/Hourmeter on my old CCM - think it cost me about £30-£40ish.

Very useful and easy to set up (battery powered and took pulses from the HT lead).

The scary bit was it recorded max revs (amongst many features), not fun to look at when you missed a gear change

This looks the sort of thing, and the right sort of budget.
Only problem is where do I get one
I've googled revco, revco tacho etc, but can't seem to find anything.

As at March 2006, the Revco website is no longer operating. Some of their tachometers are still available on other websites, but the range is limited.

I've just been 'avin a Google and found a page saying they are no longer in business, I did find this though which sounds very similar

If it helps, when I was trying to source mine I got the info from a racing go-kart forum (sorry, can't remember where).
