Greetings all, I have a broken rev counter mount on my R100 GS. I removed it today as it vibrates badly when I am riding the bike, the clock on the left doesn't, so I was thinking it must be the mount. On close inspection the rubber has come away from the washer and was hanging on by a slither....

I checked BMW parts and it is of course not available any more.

A quick search online however revealed these from Simply Bearings..

They look OK to me and Simply Bearings has a good name so we will see how they fit when I receive them, The dimensions were exactly the same as the OE, so they should be good? I'll let you know..

What year of bike ? Does it have the small round headlamp fairing/screen or the large half fairing with the rectangular headlight

It’s the round headlamp model. The bike was registered September 1990 but built in February 1990 so one of the last of the ‘good’ ones..
