RID tits up

Out on a run today, I seem to have lost the RID. Clock is still present but is stuck on the time the other displays failed (11:22), about the same time as the fuel light came on. Everything else seems to be working. Sods law is at work as I have no tools handy and am away with it until friday for the ride home again. Will a fuse pulling exercise be worth the effort?

Pull fuse 3 in the box, give it 15 seconds and put it back, should free it up, have you HiD fitted?

I walk down to check now re fuse 3, yes HID fitted, tell me more.

You must have put the igniter box at the back of the RID, it gives of a EMF and will freeze the display, move it over the lights it clips up nice above them in the light frame under the cover (if that makes sence)
