thanks for making me feel very welcome. never rode so far in January before! really enjoyed it. Comforting to think I'm not the only nutter who enjoys riding around on a cold wet day.
hearing still not fully restored, think I followed Mike a bit too long. sounded like an old CCM (brill.) look forward to the next one! :)

I've just got back five minutes ago, saw a sign "plot this way" ended up in Devon, naw was a great day out even although it did take about three hours to thaw out at home, christ knows what it would've been like without the large Highland Park Whisky at the spittal.

Amazing turnout for January and I will echo others comments in that its such a shame we missed you Triton especially after you travelling so far.......next time hopefully :thumb

Cheers Ronno for instigating the event, even although you were late at Broxden and then quickly buggered off to arrive at Blair Atholl before Des and myself to make it look like we were late..........enuff said :thumb

I just hope we get big turn outs throughout the year :beerjug:

Now......which one was Mike and which one was Jerry :eek

Great photos.

Sorry I couldn't make it but was in Chamonix enjoying some snow.

One thing about the photos though. It really does depress me not to see the hills white at this time of year. Its not right.

Damn this global warming.

Okay although that could be anyone in the picture, but I'll believe you, where was that taken BTW?

Your a hard man to please Robbo :)

It was just north of Kinlochewe on the A832 at the Beinn Eighe Nature Reserve.

Ayrshire Tattie Howker

As another Ayrshire "Lad", I have only attend one run with you lot and that was last February, enjoyed it, and will go again so long as it doesn`t involve a 3 hour run before we start.

We Lowlanders should get together for a run.

Sounds good Firegus :thumb

What colour of tractor do you ride, in case we ever meet while gettin the tatties in :D

Whit colour

Sunny Yellow, the fast colour.

I stay in Coylton - the stockbroker belt of Ayr!

The land that time forgot.

Moved to Coylton from Ayr in 1979 - still an interlouper!

Btw, that wasn`t you we saw last Sunday in Maidens following a Blackbird, was it, on a 1200GS?

Twasnt me Firegus, I've still got my trusty 1100. I'm Just looking at your club photos and noticed Phil with his Blackbird. I used to work for the same company as him, know him well ;) I take it you are Fergus? Neville Stone? Now where do I remember that name from? Just cant place him atm, it will probably come back to me, oh the fog of age. I remember doing a Star Rider course though, back in the 80's, perhaps he was my instructor :D I'm sure I know (of) Richard Todd, and Alan Frew was in my year at school.

I'll be working in Port Glasgow from next week, so I doubt we'll pass each other in sunny Ayrshire through the week for now. Hope I can catch up with your good self and the club at some stage though.
