Rip off Rukka

Easy solution, beyond not losing the detachable collar in the first place:

Buy a secondhand jacket with its detachable storm collar.

Keep the collar and sell the jacket on.

With luck, you might even make a few quid on the way through.

Thinking outside the box; it's the Adventure (with a capital A) way.

See OP, I told you that was the way to do it. After all, it was exactly what the seller of your storm collarless jacket did to you.

Think like a biker, mate and all your problems will just vanish away.

The storm collar is genius. I wouldn't be without it through winter. Not just for rain, but stops cold air in the neck region, combined with a buff I'm warm and dry as can be.

What is this fabled storm collar you speak of?
Storm jibs, storm anchors, storm drogues....even storm Angus is known, but this collar is a mystery and is it something an adventure biker has to have in order to ride his mighty steed?

Bloody cheap that is.... I'd snap it up at double the price, thats a bargain, it looks like an extremely desireable object, pity about that cheap gay looking 'hide the quadribble chin' bellows that grows in the neck area...otherwise I'd have it no complaints..:D

Visiting the NEC yesterday and came across the Infinity stand, whilst chatting to one of the salesmen i politely enquired as to the price for a storm collar for a armas jacket.
A short game of "how much do you think it costs" ensued. HE won, they retail at £135 each. Thats of course if you can get your hands on one, the're rarer than unicorns, hens teeth and the ubiquitous rocking horse excrement all rolled into one.
I know the old addage you get what you pay for, but still.
Send me a PM with your details and I will send you a storm collar for the Armas

Well I know we all take the piss out of Rukka Whooka but it saved my ass in the fall Saturday D30 was great too what has impressed me most though was the crash bars did their job. I was told that the Whooka Armas which I have two is now discontinued and infinity has bought the remaining stock? New design soon. ? Asti the storm collar it dies work we call it "sooty" as if you wear it but don't fasten it it flaps around like sooty ha ha

Possibly, I couldn't get a large Rukka Cepi (look it up if you're that interested) anywhere in europe. Apparently I'm an XL and I got one to try out.

I was told that as 2017 range is coming out soon, if it isn't held in stock somewhere, there was no chance of getting anything.

The ArmaS has been discontinued but no full CE rated is planned only suits with CE armour. The 2017 range brochure is on the Rukka website
