Risers

Well there's a thing, my "friend" is in my imagination really so im passing the info onto myself. BTW i already have those risers on my steed :blast:D
Then let your "friend" know that they are an excellent purchase but they should swap the XR for a GS, they will become instantly popular and a babe magnet

I'm not exactly tall, compared to Rennie and the like who are cloud people, and can cope with a gsa fine.

I think we've all be there at some point; I stopped at temporary lights stupidly went and put my left foot down, into the only pothole in two miles and dropped the Goldwing.

The sympathy I got was never ending.

At least your still riding and that's all that matters.

The only time i dropped the GSA was on an airfield (disused) while practicing for my MASTERS slow mo. The bloody engine gave a cough when i was on full lock and doing about 1 mph, bloody thing just fell over :blast But luckily no damage save a small scratch on the engine bars. :rob:blagblah

Did same riding to off road course,
too high a gear, cough stall, almost got it, oh bugger I haven't.

Thankfully the panniers were on, little dent and a broken spotlight later.

It happens.
