FANTASTIC Service from Roadlok
I purchased a Roadlok back in March 2017 for my 2015 GSA and recently had a problem with the Dust Plug having seized so then couldn't operate it. Couple of e-mails exchanged with Ian McCarthy and a complete new unit was sent to me in replacement.
A very positive experience, even though it stemmed from a negative one and in my view an unbeatable service from Ian and Roadlok.

We now also have a shop in Europe; www.roadlok.eu so no import duties. 
If anyone is interested in one it might be worth contacting Billy Big Roy on here as he was less expensive and based in Oxford - assuming he can still supply.

I don't quite understand the relationship between Roadlok USA and Europe and Big Billy - aren't they all the same company?
Anyway I emailed the Europe set up with a complaint about my Roadlok (can't use it as its sort of seized) and had no reply so that's not very promising especially given that they make much of the lifetime warranty on the website

I'm at a bit of a loss to see how this remark contributes anything.
When my bike was written off five months after I'd bought one from Billy Big Roy (Chris), I contacted him to buy another. When I told him the reason for a second one he straight away offered a significant discount.
Can't imagine any other seller offering the same.

its a piss take.... we are leaving europe so why would we want to deal with them when we have a UK distributor. I will try and be more explicit

Ffs dont start about Europe, the fusetester will get all upset to find out he was wrong, as he is in so many things

We are not all the same company, Roadlok USA is the brandowner and parent company, Roadlok Europe is a distributor for Europe (we only do Roadlok) and Big Billy I assume is a distributor for the UK.
Re: your complaint, I have checked our mailbox and I do not see any unanswered queries, can you send us your question again, I will personally have a look at it.
