Selling this near mint Roadlok.

Came with the bike as part of a bundle of stuff I just don’t use.

Was fitted to a 2023 GS1250 TE if that helps, but check out the Roadlok website for more details.

The warning line from the lock to the brake lever has discounting with the previous owner of the bike using it as outside security when at home.

All complete, the spare spacers, the plastic dirt thing, 2 keys, and a neat mint main unit to fit to the bike.

If you are sitting on the bike, looking forward, it sits on the front right. Thus, as the steering lock goes on you have better access

I have the Roadlok and wanted some additional security, and opted for a Cymarc centre stand mod, mark is off this forum and offers discount to members.

Once stand is locked it really immobilises the bike being pushed away.

If you have a LC 1200/1250 with alloys you can get a disc lock on the rear disc, there’s an area behind the the final drive housing that you can get a disc lock in place and it’s not possible to access with any cutting gear neither can you turn the wheel once the lock is in place.

It’s easy to dismiss taking security seriously by saying that’s what I pay insurance for, however it’s the knock on effect of having a bike stolen whereas all your vehicle/s insurance premiums go up so for several years after, so for the sake of a couple hundred quid you can try to prevent the above or do nothing, “don’t be the weakest link in the chain”

In my case, £2,000 excess (no garage), 5 years of declaring a total loss. I could have, and should have done more to protect my bike. The Oxford cover I owned would have probably stopped the bike from being targeted - had I covered it.

Lesson learnt.
