Rocker cover refurb. Paint or Powdercoat?

Good evening all.
The rocker covers on my 2003 R1150gs adventure have started to blister and thought I would like to get them refurbished.
Is is better to have them painted or powder coated?
Can anyone advise if I can send them somewhere to get this done.

keeping the bike ? vapour blast , anodize , paint or powder . they will not now drop the paint or powder. not cheap but best.

Did mine in Harley crinkle finish engine paint, just to be different...

Does that hide surface blemishes better than a smooth finish? haven't seen it anywhere.
I don't look at Harleys too closely.

Yes it does. Do a Google search for Harley Davidson Wrinkle Black paint and you’ll see plenty of examples of the finish.

I have them done on most engine refurbs

no we've been having a small bit of building work done at our place which has taken longer than expected... I can't get into the first bit of the workshop.... cos of the teak flooring that arrived
