Anyone know any bike friendly hotels in Rouen as planning a few days there in Oct?

as in this thread https://www.ukgser.com/community/threads/hotel-in-rouen-with-parking.493831/ hotels with parking are all chain types. As it is France, all will be bike friendly. Just make sure you know the parking rate as well as the room rate before booking. In touristy cities, they can charge 25 euros per space, although 15 is more likely.
