Round zega-attachments <->heat

I found some ex - LC4 zega's (36+41L) to put on my GS. Because I prefer to keep them water-proof, I decided to keep the attachments where they were on the LC4, which means I have to remake the rack. Q: Are the round attachments heatproof or is it better I exchange them by using an alu U-profile just to be sure?

The round black plastic mountings do seem to be heat proof
the onse on the left pannier are touching my exhaust can and dont have any sign of heat damage.

Een rekje op maat maken is niet gemakkelijk hoor. Die zwarte dingen gewoon verzetten Kris!

Aluminium plaatje tegen de gaten met wat Tec7 of zo ertussen, poprevetten erdoor en Klaar is Kris. Dat is de kortste pijn.

HI Kriss they are NOT fully heat proof
heat from the 1150gs standard exhaust melted one of mine,i did not have the exhaust extension piece on.

Migsel I have enough trouble translating maxcool and oossie on the Nederland GS SITE

Aluminum plate against the holes with what TEC7 or so between it, poprevetten through it and Ready is Kris. That is the shortest pain.
