Route saving

I can plan a route happily enough on my navigator, but when I save it, then try and find it again, I can only find it by going through all the different "sort" menus and then, in "Distance" it appears ...
Why does it not appear in any of the other sorted lists ??
It's a real pain to have to go searching for it every time.
Is this a known issue ?

Are you saying its not appearing in your routes menu ? That the top navigation button, start, then routes ?
Sounds like your only finding it via - rides, and via a sort ?
Also is it appearing on the phone app ? the two should sink when connected via wifi, or a sim card if youve installed one.

It's appearing on the App on my phone ....
I plan a route. Save it with the little Blue symbol (floppy drive ?) but when I go into "Routes" it only appears in one set of routes, the ones filtered as "Distance"
None of the others ...
Seems weird

Strange it is..... just tried a quick A to the middle of nowhere..... saved it with the floppy..... and its there in routes ...... and i can sort the order under date and distance etc

Thanks for checking for me. For some reason, mine is definitely only saving under the "distance" sorting. Must be some glitch on my unit .... Thank you anyways

Might be worth a factory reset of the software if lets you, it definitely shouldnt be doing what it is. Or, have you got the latest software version on it.

Updated a couple of days ago and says it's up to date. I can work round it, I just don't understand why it's doing it !!

If it’s still under warranty, take it back.

Even if it isn’t, take it back and do your best.
