routes and waypoints

Hi folks

I've just got myself a Garmin GPS 60C and very happy with it, I've got the TOPO maps for GB and I was wondering does anybody know of a site that lists wlaks or cycle routes in the UK as routes and waypoints that can be used within mapsource.

I've done a search on google and here but I don't think I'm using the right words.
