Rox Risers Brake pipe too short

I've just bought a set of 1.75 Rox bar risers for my 800 Trophy, the front brake pipe is too short, because of the hand guards that came on the bike I can't ease the lever over, so I need a new pipe about 2 inches longer. Does anyone know of an off the shelf replacement before I have to take the old one to a specialist.
Just in case is there a replacement clutch cable available?
