RS 1100 TPS ?

Yesterday I checked the TPS on my 1150 GS and found it to be 0.380. This is bang in the middle of the recommended settings that I found in the search link. At the same time I checked the TPS on my farther-in-laws 1100 RS and found it to be set at
0.340. Does anyone out there know what the best settings should be?

May be .410v max, but I'm not so sure. Try a search on AdvRider, perhaps. Mine's set at .390 and goes well.

Daz it's supposed to be between 370 and 400 mV.
Apparently (R. Lentini) lower values lead to
-less surging
-less throttle response
-more backfiring
higher values:
-better throttle response
-less backfiring
-more fuel consumtion
To be honest, I didnt feel any difference between the two settings...

Thanks for the info Nick. Carbold, The TPS on Lez's 1100 RS is set at 0.340 which is way below the settings that you've given me. Do you think that as it's so low, changing the TPS will make his bike run any better?
