RT rear heated seat

Hi I have just converted a 2012 police RT to civilian spec, I have fitted a heated front seat and switch no problem as the plug is is in the loom.
I would like to fit rear heated seat but the plug is not there being a police loom, has any one fitted a heated rear seat without the plug? There are 4 wires coming out of the seat and I am unsure which colour does what, if I could find out I could hard wire it in. Any help appreciated many thanks

Not sure if this helps, but my Haynes manual shows the wires connect to the ZFE central electronic unit as follows:

Yellow > 52
Blue/white > 51
Green/white > 8

Brown to battery negative
