Run 32-bit software on 64-bit Win 7?

I built a new PC over Christmas and installed Windows 7 Home Premium.
I now come to reload Catia v5 and it won't have it.
From what I can gather, there is an XP "emulator" for Windows 7, but it's only supplied on the "Pro" versions
Does anyone know if this "emulator" is something I can download and use? Or maybe there are other ways around the problem?
Anyone want a copy of Catia v5

The 'emulator' is:

But a lot of apps will run on Windows 7 anyhow. 32 bit is not a reason for it not to work on Windows 7.

Try to perform the install in run as Administrator role first I would suggest.

If those methods don't work then start looking at VMWare and Virtual Machines.
