I paid 175 back in 2022, some may have done some deals when purchasing their bikes?

the engine oil alone will be over £60, more like £75!
Add filter, sump plug washer and FD oil and you are approaching £100.
Leaving £84 for labour, bearing in mind a lot of places are charging £100 or more an hour.

An 1150 GSA in 2005 - it was free and you got a proper big toolkit
You don't need a tool kit now coz they're so reliable

what you need is a scooter from china.
your choices are .... cheap and cheerful , and throw it away after 3 years .
or a quality product that costs money to look after , and don't bitch about the cost , it was your choice .

I think you've got the complete wrong end of the stick, I'm not/have not moaned about the price. Double checking the price to make sure I'm not being fleeced, and moaning about the price are two different things. I'm doing the former, I have no problem paying that price if that's the going rate

I think you will find its probably mostly Labour charges (must be £80 per hour I reckon)
