Depends on the deal though really. If you pay £16,000 for your bike and they won't throw in a service but another dealer will sell you the bike for £16,100 and throw in the first service costing £100 included it's not actually FOC is it

i used to work at a guzzi shop , we were the last people to do "free" 1st service on bikes we sold , brought your bike from another dealer £320 . BUT i did major service minus air and fuel filters , and it was on the bench all day . copperslip is king !
