Where can I get one in the next 2 weeks ASAP

All the BMW Mottorad servicing bods I've called that are local(ish) are quoting 3 weeks or more.

I've maxxed out my running in miles and the prospect of sitting around for 3 weeks doesnt fill me with joy

Any (sensible) suggestions ?

Why can't the dealer you bought it from service it ?

On Wednesday last week NOG were taking bookings for Wednesday 29th

they can do it but booked up for 3 weeks

How many miles do you expect to clock up in 3 weeks?

The first service on my 1200 hexhead was done well over the 600 mark with no repercussions warranty-wise.

Going strong 10 years and 75,000 miles later.

I'd be having a word with the salesman who sold you your bike and getting him to use one of his workshop slots

Some dealers even have an allocated technician who just looks after sales work

David, mine is in for same service at Williams Manchester on Tuesday, on Thursday 16th they had 4 slots left for next Thursday 23rd Aprll. I asked how much I could go over and was advised up to 750 miles. 0161 907 0340, 'Levi' is the lady in service who gave me the dates/booked mine in.
