Mapsource installs on windows 7 with no isssues but.. the first time you run it it will crash with an error about permissions on the registry.
To fix this, right click on the Mapsource icon and select 'run as administrator', it will now run.
You only need to do this the first time as Mapsource finishes the installation the first time it is run and needs to write to the registry, after it has created the keys it needs it then runs as normal after that
