running problem

Took the GS to work this morning,no problems. Had problems starting it on the return home. Once started ran the bike home but it refuses to tick over now.
It will start with a twist of throttle but will not tick over unless helped by a little throttle.
It sounds rough as well when running.
Fuel half full.
Air filter clear.
No pipes blocked.
The injectors are flowing no problem.

Any help appreciated

Try a TPS reset:

Ignition on, do not start bike.
Wind throttle 100% fully open- fully closed three times.
Turn off ignition.
Turn on ignition and start engine, see how she runs.
