Running rough

Hello
I replaced the battery and in doing so upset the throttle cable and it ran really rough. Anyway fixed that and all was fine for 300 miles then on a run it started surging then backfiring. Did the Motronic set up and balancing all seemed well but still misfiring on right hand cylinder and backfiring slightly . doesnt seem to have lost much power but its really lumpy and unpleasant . 96 1100 , any ideas guys ?

Well would you believe it after checking everything twice , motronic check and allsorts I fianlly spot a really small stone chip lodged in the pulley on right hand throttle body , only visible if the throttle is fully open. Flicked it out with a screwdriver and voila , absloutely perfect running 1100 .

Thanks to a tip found on this forum so 12 quid well spent
