Its a Sad Day in Donegal ,,, the Shinners have taken the Seat.
Mores the pity , we could be doing with someone with a grasp
of the economic situation our wee land finds itself in..

Spose on the bright side , if we ever end up in the Ok coral , they may
prove useful , but i dont think there is any place for them in Irish Politics.

I do realise that the ordinary Irish punter has had enough of the lies ,deceit ,
and we are now going to experiance legalised Extortion ,,, but can only hope that
this re-action is not mirrored in the up coming general Election.............

I reckon from reading this thread that Civil's main problem is that when Fianna Fail had the seat in Donegal S.W. Business went well cause you could drop the local Fianna Fail TD a few bob and he would probably help Civil with a few extra bus routes to compete with Bus Eireann but now that the Shinners are in he has to drop them a few bob to make sure the bus fleet stays mobile.

Just listening to the news the other night..It used to be SF/IRA i had a good laugh when i heard SF/DUP. Don't go spitting the dummy out civil i'm only repeating what i heard on a tv programe!!
