nice piccys guys but jim i want to see a pic of your ktm. the 800 went last night to a new home in essex so on the look out for a 690r if you hear of any give me a shout.

Not seen any 690r's of late but in the orange part of the forum there have been some recently bought that looked good. They come up on EBay quite a bit. Biketrader worth a look and maybe stick a Wanted up on here?

Will get a piccy of the 690r up soon, done a lot to it lately and still a fair bit to go. Budgeted it all out last weekend and I reckon I need to spend £1100 on it to get it to where I will be happy.

Great bikes though - you wont regret getting one, but get the "R" for definite, the suspension is fantastic. Watch for them though, they are f***ing tall and being a 5' 9" shorty like I am it can be tricky!!!!

dig-a-ti dog!!!!!! picking my 690 R up on friday jim. a list of after market parts supplyers would be good mate, it has also been lowered at the factory with all parts to put it back to standard, i wont say how much on here mate but a massive steal, 2010 less than 1k miles and less then 5k,

anyhow this is a bmw forum do better not shout orange to loud. catch you later guys. let me know when your off out
