'Sammobile' say
"The specifications that Sammobile reports as “confirmed” include:
Display: QHD (2,560×1,440) Super AMOLED;
Processor: Exynos 6 / Snapdragon 805 processor
Rear camera: 16 Megapixel;
Operating system: Android 4.4 Kit-Kat; and
Plastic and metal versions"
'Android Pit" and others say it's still guess work and materials for the phone are still speculation as composites are still a strong rumour.
Launch end of Feb, in store March or may be April. MAY BE

GPS System compatible with GPS, Glonass and Beidou. Not sure if the Glonass Russian technology is a benefit, unless +/- 50km is close enough for you, as demonstrated a few days ago 
High speed video and a 16MP still camera
I understood it was to be waterproof also (to about 1 metre) which would have been a useful feature for outdoors use.
Heart rate monitor would also be useful (as already mentioned).
I just bought a new Samsung Galaxy Note 3 (after my HTC HD2 failed on me - software issue I think). Couldn't wait until S5 is released and also more expensive.
Market pundits are questioning benefit of Galaxy S5 versus S4.
