Despite grubbly postings I've made in the past about our friends in Hertford, yesterday one of their service team really helped me out. On the morning of my BikeSafe day (VERY recommended, BTW), the O-ring on my oil filler cap went missing, leading to oil spraying out over engine/leg/boot/gear lever/peg/end can. Rolled up to sawbridgeworth at 8:15 in a bit of a flap, running late, service bloke in the middle of unlocking and starting the day's work immediately stops and sorts it out, even gave me some stuff to clean the crap off me boot.
Not much I grant you, but it was all it needed and it saved the day.
