Scala G4 query

I have recently purchased a G4 power set and paired it with my Zumo 500 and Blackberry.

I am however experiencing some intermittentBluetooth connectivity problems.

The satnav tells me that all the kit is paired/connected ( via the symbols which appear on the zumo screen) but I am generally unablento listen to tunes or receive satnav directions/instructions.

the intercom seems to works fine however.

Any thoughts, ideas, suggestions or recommendations would be much appreciated.
