Scalarider G4 Battery Life

Usually I plug our G4's into the wall charger after every run but this time I decided to let them completely drain before re-charging.

So, 8 hours use on the bikes, GPS voice direction, two-way conversation and MP3 music.

Left them on over night with the wee little blue light flashing away to find them still flashing the following morning. So I turned the integral FM radio on with the volume turned up full and eventually they drained.

8 hours riding use
10 hours standby
10 hours with the radio's on.
28 hours total battery life

Very impressed with G4's battery life

That's pretty much what I found.

We had a fault with the wife's G4 and their Tech Support wanted us to let the batteries die completely. It took forever before they finally gave in and died.

I bet if we'd been depending on them they'd have flattened in no time just to wind me up!
