Schuberth vs BMW System

System 6 w/BT

Have had the BMW System 6 with BMW's BT solution now for about a month. In short, I'm happy:clap

As said it could be quieter at speed, but not bad for a flip helmet. The BT is good quality sound and speach wise with good noise cancel, it's easy both to connect/pair and to operate both directly with my N95 and via the Zumo 660:thumb2

I have used it daily for a one hour comute (each way). The first 5-10 min in slow city traffic, the rest at motorway speeds. Temp from -2C to 15C in sun, rain, and fog. Visor works wo any problems. Fog protection is very good and the sun visor a bliss:thumb2

God - this helmet lark's a pain!:blast

Having had a Multitec for three years, sent back a System 6 that I managed to put up with for two months (crap visor and leaking front vent - very windy round the bottom), and used a mate's C2 (very windy and visor leaked) I'm definitely going back to the Multitec. Well built, all the vents work, no leaks, visor perfect, pinlock, loads of room for Autocom headset and really comfortable.

I think it was the quietest of the three. I weighed all three for actual weight and there were only a few grams between all three, but as it happens, the Multitec was the lightest.:clap
