Grab a copy up there if you can.Next year… it was the first time with Mrs H and she loved every second so we’ve already agreed to do them next year.Riding North from Applecross early on a sunny morning along the coast road is one of the best views of the west of Scotland. You were given a good steer there ... and I've always preferred going up the Bealach na Ba than coming down.
If you can find the time to divert over towards the Summer Isles, that is also worth a look.
Yes indeed. I’d ordered one on advice from the members on here….. unfortunately it didn’t arrive before we set off but it’ll be invaluable for next year’s trip.Wee Mad Road next?

That’s the one- I was cutting it fine as I ordered it on a weekend with the trip departure for the Wednesday- and there was no “next day” option.. it’ll be a good read and I’ll reconcile the Motorrad saved journeys with it over a brew.
